RONgrid is a product of WebRecycles Inc. (“WebRecycles,” “we,” “us”). When you join the RONgrid Florida notary waitlist, we collect your name, email address, self-reported notary status, optional county, and consent timestamp to manage the waitlist and contact you about RONgrid launch and early access.

We use this information for RONgrid waitlist communications and do not sell the waitlist information. Authorized personnel may access it to administer the waitlist. We may use service providers to host the site or deliver email on our behalf.

You can request removal or stop receiving launch emails by contacting contact@webrecycles.com. We retain records as needed for waitlist administration, consent documentation, and applicable legal obligations.
